| PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Wang focuses his practice on IP law and IP-related antitrust law in China. He has extensive experience providing legal and business solutions to both domestic and multinational clients.
Mr. Wang has helped many high-tech multinationals develop their business in China. Through the years, Mr. Wang has handled a variety of disputes relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, standard-related IP disputes, and antitrust disputes. In terms of forums, he has represented clients in numerous Chinese courts including the Supreme People's Court, the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the Chinese Trademark Office, and many other Chinese administrative agencies such as SAMR, NDRC, MOFCOM, etc. As for technologies, Mr. Wang's work covers a vast spectrum of technology fields such as semiconductors, computer software, electronics, communications, cryptology, chemistry, petro chemistry, medical devices, and biological sciences.
Mr. Wang teaches at the Peking University Intellectual Property Law School.
Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Wang practiced Chinese IP law for several years at Fangda Partners. When he worked in the U.S., Mr. Wang served as senior in-house counsel for Broadcom and practiced at Weil and MoFo for approximately ten years.
